The deadline for booking your accommodation at the specially negotiated rate for IEEE attendees at the Hilton Hotel, Antwerp Old Town is April 3, 2026. Bookings made from April 3, 2026 will be based on hotel's availability and rate of the date. The negotiated rate for attendees will NOT be available.
The Group Rate will be offered for the extended perioud of May 6 to May 17, 2026, subject to availability.

Breakfast will be provided for those staying at the Hilton Hotel, Antwerp Old Town in their designated breakfast area.
Change of Booking
Any changes to the reservation must be notified directly to the Hilton Hotel. Shortening of stay post April 26, 2026 will incur full charge for cancelled days
Check in time is 15:00 and check out is at 12:00.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until April 26, 2026. Full charge for cancellations after this day.
