Registration for the 2026 May Interim Session

All attendees are required to register online, indicating how they will attend.

Please ensure to refer to the schedule and deadlines below.

All amounts are quoted in US dollars.

Important: If you haven't booked your accommodation, click on the Accommodation button and book before registering as you will require your confirmation number for discounted registration rate.

Accommodation is limited at the hotel, please book early to ensure you do not miss out!!

Registration Rates

In person attendees will be provided with morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea Monday 11 May to Thursday 14 May and morning tea on Friday 15 May.


Attendees booked at Hilton Hotel Antwerp Old Town via the booking link will be provided breakfast as part of their booking.

Discount: Attendees staying at the Hilton Hotel Antwerp Old Town for a minimum of 3 nights, during the dates of the main meeting and book through web link provided are eligible for a US$300 discount off their registration fee. Confirmation number must be provided during registration

Early Registration

Rate: US$800

All registrations received by 11:59pm, April 3, 2026 (Anywhere on Earth) are eligible for the Early Registration rate.

Standard Registration

Rate: US$1,000

All registrations received from April 4 through to 11:59pm May 1, 2026 (Anywhere on Earth) are eligible for the Standard Registration rate.

Late/Onsite Registration

Rate: US$1,200

All registrations received from May 2, 2026 (Anywhere on Earth) are eligible for the Late/Onsite Registration rate.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be informed in writing to MTG Events Pty Ltd, the Meeting Managers via email: 802wireless@mtgevents.com.au.

Cancellations received by 11:59pm, April 3, 2026 (Anywhere on Earth) will not incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellations received from April 4 through to 11:59pm, May 1, 2026 (Anywhere on Earth) will incur a US$150 cancellation fee.

Cancellations received from May 2, 2026 (Anywhere on Earth) are not eligible for a refund.

Changes

If you registered to attend in person, but need to attend virtually, please notify the Meeting Managers in writing prior to 11:59pm, May 1, 2026. All changes from May 2, 2026 will incur an additional US$100 fee.

Conditions of Registration

Session registrations are not transferable to another individual or to another IEEE 802 session.

Individuals who attend the Interim Session, any part, must register for the full session and pay the required fees.

All registration fees must be paid in full in order to receive your name badge and entry into sessions (in person or remote).
